How is a Connected Stack engagement structured?
Phased: scope and audit first, then the integrations and AI agents, then documentation and runbooks. Each phase is priced separately and signed off before the next begins, so you can stop or pivot at any point. Timelines depend on the size of your stack and the depth of integration, and we'll give you a realistic estimate after the scoping call.
Do I own the accounts after the build?
Yes. Every account is created in your name and your business's billing details from day one. We never hold the keys. When the engagement ends, you can run the stack yourselves or hand it to another vendor without a migration.
What's the difference between a Stack Audit and a Connected Stack build?
The Stack Audit is a focused engagement that produces a written report: what you have, what is broken, what to fix first, with phases priced separately. The Connected Stack is the build itself: wiring the integrations, training the AI agents, and documenting the result.
Do you work with HubSpot, Make, n8n, Xero, Stripe?
Yes, and most other common SMB tools. Our default stack is HubSpot or Pipedrive for CRM, Xero or MYOB for accounting, Make or n8n for workflow, Stripe for payments. We work with what you already have rather than rebuilding from scratch.
What happens after the build is handed over?
You have three options: run it yourselves with the runbooks we delivered, take Training (a one-day workshop and one-on-one champion enablement), or engage us in a Fractional capacity for ongoing changes. The accounts are in your name from day one, and you can also hand the documentation to another vendor if you need to.
